One of the things I was happy to take my time with and genuinely enjoy during my holiday break was deep cleaning. I've always wanted to participate in an art challenge, though I never really did it. I knew these challenges would come around in October each year, yet for me, it would always either be: it would slip my mind and I would feel it's too late to join, or I wasn't sure I would be able to finish or be consistent with it until the end.

There are times when I would chance upon something unexpectedly interesting, something I wouldn't expect to find while I'm in the office. A recent encounter would be when I was going through a CV of a certain candidate (I work in recruiting), I saw she included a link to her "portfolio". I thought it quite odd that she placed it there, since I didn't think it was relevant to her application, nor would it have any significance to the role she was applying for.

The first quarter of the year is done. Time flies!
Much of the first quarter for me has been spent on figuring out my goals, setting my priorities, trying out new things, and simply trying to be consistent with all these.

To enter the museum, we had to sign up for volunteer opportunities, so we left our contact details. I sure do hope to hear from them soon! I love such opportunities.
